Abstract
Obesity-related metabolic comorbidities,such as prediabetes,type 2 diabetes,dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperuricemia,metabolic dysfuction-associated steatotic liver disease,cardiovascular diseases,obesity-related glomerulopathy,and polycystic ovary syndrome,are the most common challenges for endocrinologist.The core features involve metabolic disorders triggered by insulin resistance and a chronic low-grade inflammatory state.These conditions collectively elevate the risk of multisystem health complications and cardiovascular mortality.Proactive prevention and treatment of obesity and its metabolic comorbidities are crucial for reducing healthcare expenditures and improving patients'quality of life.关键词
