DSA引导下经皮穿刺微球囊压迫术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of percutaneous microballoon compression guided by DSA in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous microballoon compression(PMC)guided by DSA in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:30 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with standardized PMC.The Brisman efficacy evaluation criteria,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Barrow Neurologic Institute(BNI)pain scale grading,postoperative complications,and recurrence were observed at different times after surgery.Results:The total effective rate of PMC was 96.7%(29/30),among them,19 cases were cured(63.3%),8 cases were significantly improved(26.7%),2 cases were effective(6.7%),and 1 case was ineffective(3.3%).Compared to before PMC,in 1 day,1 month,and 6 months after PMC,the VAS scores significantly decreased,BNI pain scale grading significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative sensory abnormalities and masticatory muscle weakness were relatively high,and significantly decreased at 6 months after PMC(both P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,there were a total of 2 cases of recurrence and no deaths.Conclusions:PMC guided by DSA has a good therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia.Complications can be gradually relieved,the recurrence rate is low,and it has good safety and efficacy.关键词
