惰性乳杆菌与阴道健康的相关研究进展
Advances in research on the correlation between Lactobacillus iners and vaginal health
摘要
Abstract
Lactobacillus iners,as a common vaginal Lactobacillus,mainly exists in the vaginal microecology in a transitional or intermediate state,and its physiological properties,main function and mechanism of action in the healthy vaginal environment are significantly different from Lactobacillus crispatus.Lactobacillus iners can affect the vaginal microecological environment by producing L-lactic acid and hemolysin,while reducing or even ceasing the production of hydrogen peroxide,thereby affecting vaginal health.This article summarizes the mechanisms by which vaginal Lactobacillus iners impacts vaginal health and explores the correlation between Lactobacillus iners and the occurrence and progression of gynecological diseases such as vaginal infectious diseases and adverse pregnancy outcomes,providing a theoretical basis for future research.关键词
