Chinese expert consensus on the unit-based clinical pharmacist practice model
摘要
Abstract
As the national healthcare system reform deepens,the National Health Commission has piloted the unit-based clinical pharmacist program to enhance pharmaceutical management and promote rational drug use.However,the lack of standardized service protocols and quality assessment frameworks has hindered the integration of pharmaceutical services with clinical practice.To address this gap,the First People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,in collaboration with pharmacy experts from multiple institutions,developed a consensus focusing on working models,service standards,and quality metrics.This initiative aims to optimize the unit-based clinical pharmacist service system,enhance patients' satisfaction,and align pharmaceutical care closely with clinical and patient-centered needs,thereby maximizing pharmacists' role in ensuring medication safety and efficacy.关键词
