Abstract

Objective To investigate the acupoint selection characteristics and law of warm acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods The literature about warm acupuncture for the treatment of CSR was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data and CBM from January 1,2000 to December 31,2023 to establish a database.The frequency of acupoints,meridian tropism,distribution of acupoints,specific acupoints and acupoint compatibility law were calculated.Results A total of 93 articles were included,including 131 acupuncture prescriptions and 61 acupoints,with a total frequency of 718.Cervical jiaji,Dazhui and Fengchi were used more frequently.The commonly used acupoints were mainly distributed in the gallbladder meridian,large intestine meridian and Governor Vessel.More acupoints were selected in neck and limbs.The most commonly used specific acupoints were the crossing acupoints,Wushu acupoints and Bamai crossing acupoints.The most common acupoint combinations were cervical Jiaji-Dazhui,cervical Jiaji-Fengchi,etc.Conclusion Warm acupuncture for the treatment of CSR mainly use local acupoint selection is mainly used,combined with distal acupoint selection.Commonly selected acupoints include cervical Jiaji,Dazhui,Fengchi and other acupoints.Common acupoint combinations include cervical Jiaji-Dazhui,cervical Jiaji-Fengchi.
