基于数据挖掘探析针灸治疗产后尿潴留选穴规律
Acupoint Selection Law in the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection law in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention with acupuncture and moxibustion based on data mining technology;To provide references for clinical application.Methods Relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for postpartum urinary retention was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to June 1,2024.Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis of acupoint prescriptions were carried out by using Excel 2019 and R language.Results A total of 203 articles were included,including 227 prescriptions with 58 acupoints involved.The top five high-frequency acupoints were Zhongji(CV3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Guanyuan(CV4),Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(CV6).The selection of meridians was mainly based on the Conception Vessel,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.The acupoints were mainly distributed in the abdomen,lower limbs and waist.The use of specific acupoints was mainly based on the crossing acupoint,front-mu acupoints and Wushu acupoints.The analysis of association rules showed that Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao-Zhongji were the most highly supported acupoint pair and group.By conducting a cluster analysis on acupoints with a frequency of≥10 in the database,four clusters could be obtained,class 1 for Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Zusanli(ST36);class 2 for Guanyuan(CV4)-Zhongji(CV3);class 3 for Shuidao(ST28)-Yinlingquan(SP9);class 4 for Qihai(CV6)-Ciliao(BL32)-Qugu(CV2)-Hegu(LI4)-Taichong(LR3)-Neiguan(PC6)-Shenque(CV8)-Pangguangshu(BL28)-Shenshu(BL23).Conclusion The clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention is mainly to strengthen the spleen and kidney,supplemented by tonifying qi and blood,regulating qi and blood,and paying attention to local acupoint selection and the combination of near and far acupoints.关键词
