针刺镇痛效应知识图谱构建研究
Research on Construction of Knowledge Graph of Acupuncture Analgesia Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a knowledge graph of acupuncture analgesia effects;To systematically integrate and mine relevant domain knowledge resources;To provide structured knowledge support for acupuncture analgesia research.Methods Research literature about acupuncture analgesia published between January 1,2020 and April 30,2023 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and SinoMed.Natural language processing(NLP)techniques were employed for knowledge extraction,and the knowledge graph was constructed,stored and visualized using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Organization System Management and Construction Platform.Results A total of 609 articles were included,constructing 315 instances and 517 relationship attributes.Through knowledge retrieval and visualization,the knowledge graph presented the advantageous diseases for which acupuncture could alleviate pain,as well as the acupoint selection law,treatment efficacy evaluation,and mechanisms of electroacupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion This study establishes a knowledge graph framework for the field of acupuncture analgesia,achieving systematic integration and visual representation of multi-source knowledge.It not only facilitates knowledge sharing and reuse but also provides an intelligent support tool for mechanistic research,clinical optimization,and academic inheritance in acupuncture analgesia.关键词
