基于数据挖掘探析针刺治疗产后腰痛选穴规律
Analysis on Acupoint Selection Law for Acupuncture Treatment of Postpartum Low Back Pain Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the acupoint selection law for acupuncture treatment of postpartum low back pain through data mining.Methods The clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of postpartum low back pain was collected from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to July 15,2024.The acupoint frequency,meridian tropism,distribution location and specific acupoints were statistically analyzed using Excel 2021.Association rules was conducted with SPSS Modeler 18.0 and clustering analysis was conducted with SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results A total of 73 articles were included,including 83 acupoints,with a total frequency of use of 659 times.The top five acupoints in terms of frequency of use were Shenshu,Weizhong,Dachangshu,Yaoyangguan and Guanyuan.The meridians were the bladder meridian,Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel,respectively.Specific acupoints were mostly Beishu acupoints and Wushu acupoints.The acupoints were mainly distributed in the waist and buttocks.The most reliable acupoint combination was Weizhong-Dachangshu-Shenxue-Yaoyangguan,which clustered into five categories.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of postpartum low back pain focuses on local acupoints on the waist and buttocks,mostly selecting the Beishu acupoints of the bladder meridian,often combined with Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel.The core prescription can be summarized as Weizhong,Dachangshu,Shenshu and Yaoyangguan acupoints.关键词
