飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术与准分子激光角膜上皮下原位磨镶术矫治低、中度近视的对比研究
A comparative study of femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis and excimer laser corneal epithelial keratomileusis for the correction of low to moderate myopia

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)and excimer laser corneal epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK)in the treatment of patients with low and moderate myopia.Methods A total of 163 patients with low to moderate myopia who underwent FS-LASIK or LASEK surgery at Zigong First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.Uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),best-corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA),and spherical equivalent(SE)were evaluated at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months post-surgery.Safety,efficacy,predictability,stability,and accuracy of astigmatism correction were also assessed.Results At 1 week and 1 month postoperative UDVA and CDVA showed significant differences between the FS-LASIK and LASEK groups(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences were observed at 3 months post-surgery(P>0.05).Additionally,there were no significant differences in safety,efficacy,and stability between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with SE within±0.50 D did not differ significantly between the two surgical methods(χ2=3.468,P=0.063),Astigmatism correction vector analysis revealed that target-induced astigmatism(TIA)and surgically induced astigmatism(SIA)did not show statistically significant differences between the two groups.Furthermore,the correction index(CI)and other indicators were not statistically different.There was no statistically significant difference in difference vector(DV)between the low and moderate myopia groups(Z=-4.202,P<0.05).Conclusions FS-LASIK and LASEK exhibit similar efficacy,safety,predictability,and stability for correcting low to moderate myopia.However,FS-LASIK demonstrates superior accuracy in astigmatism correction for moderate myopia.关键词
