基于数据挖掘探究中医药治疗早中期非创伤性股骨头坏死用药规律
Exploration on Medication Law of TCM Treatment for Early-Middle-Stage Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM treatment for early-middle-stage non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH)based on data mining and collateral disease theory.Methods Research literature about TCM treatment for early-middle-stage NONFH was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from January 1,2009 to December 31,2023.Excel 2016,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the prescriptions,the frequency of medication,properties,tastes and meridian tropism were calculated,and association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed.Results A total of 274 prescriptions were included,involving 219 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency Chinese materia medica included Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Drynariae Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata.The main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent,the main properties were warm,neutral and cold,and the main meridians were liver,spleen and kidney meridians.The commonly used medicinal pairs were Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Clustering analysis yielded 5 drug combinations.Conclusion TCM treatment for early-middle-stage NONFH is with a combination of attacking and supplementing drugs,balancing qi and blood,and characterized by the use of pungent and fragrant herbs to promote circulation and nourish the meridians,as well as sweet and nourishing herbs to nourish the meridians.The prescription is mostly for warm and sweet herbs that can promote circulation and unblock the meridians.关键词
