新质生产力背景下江苏省农业高职院校专业设置与产业发展适应性分析

Abstract
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this study summarizes the current agricultural development in Jiangsu Province with steady growth of agricultural industry,significant improvement of comprehensive production capacity,continuous optimization of agricultural industrial structure,significant development of characteristic industries,increased investment in agricultural science and technology,high-quality development of smart agriculture and so on.On this basis,through in-depth research and typical case analysis on the current professional settings of agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,the adaptation advantages and adaptation problems of agricultural vocational colleges'professional construction and agricultural industry development are analyzed.In view of the three major problems:professional adjustment lags behind industrial reform,the gap between talent training quality and industrial demand,and the insufficient integration of regional industrial characteristics and professional characteristics,it is proposed to deepen the dynamic professional adjustment mechanism,restructure the curriculum system,strengthen practical teaching,strengthen in-depth education through the integration of industry and education,and create regional characteristic professional groups.The results of this research are not only of great significance for promoting the reform of professional setting and optimization in agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,but also can promote Jiangsu's experience and have important theoretical and practical significance to cultivate high-quality agricultural technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the development of new quality productive forces nationwide.关键词
