Effects of different maturity on the post-harvest storage quality of Grifo-la frondosa

Abstract
To clarify the effects of different maturity on the post-harvest storage quality of Grifola frondosa,PET packag-ing box were used to package fruiting bodies with different maturity,and the weight loss rate,respiration rate,browning index,and textural quality were measured during storage.The results showed that under the condition of 4 ℃,different maturity had different degrees of influence on the weight loss rate,respiration rate,browning index,and textural quality.Among them,the 70%-80%maturity demonstrated the best preservation effects,maintaining relatively high hardness,along with lower weight loss rate,respiration rate,and browning index after 6 days of storage.The principal component analysis extracted 3 principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.305%.Chewiness and hardness 1 were identified as key indicators affecting the storage quality of Grifola frondosa.The research results could provide theo-retical basis and reference for the application of Grifola frondosa harvesting and preservation.关键词
