基于CiteSpace的火龙罐疗法研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature of Fire Dragon Cupping Therapy Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status and trend of fire dragon cupping therapy.Methods The research literature related to fire dragon cupping therapy were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to March 15,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used to visually analyze the literature institutions,authors,keywords and prominent words.Results A total of 330 articles were included,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual upward trend.A total of 181 authors were included,and the authors with a high number of papers were Xu Fengyi,Li Yuzhen,Hu Xiaoli,Liu Jiazhang and others;the earliest institution to publish papers was the Inner Mongolia Frontier Corps Hospital.At present,institutions in Guangdong Province have a higher number of articles,and the organization with the highest number of articles is Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinethe.High frequency keywords were"fire dragon cupping","pain","TCM nursing","clinical efficacy","cervical spondylosis"and"stroke".The research in this field was mainly focused on clinical research.The main intervention measures were TCM nursing,rehabilitation nursing,acupuncture and warm acupuncture.The main evaluation indicators were adverse reactions,clinical efficacy observation and satisfaction survey."TCM nursing"was the key word with the highest emergent value,and"swelling"is a new emergent word in recent years.Conclusion The research in this field has formed a certain scale,but the communication and cooperation between the research teams are not close,and there is still a lack of influential author cooperation teams.This field focuses on clinical research,and less research on the mechanism;clinical research focuses on pain,and studies on other diseases are gradually increasing,but the number of literature is currently small.关键词
