2003-2024年四妙散(丸)研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Simiao Powder/Pills from 2003 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the research overview and hotspots about Simiao Powder/Pills from 2003 to 2024;To provide references for further research.Methods Research literature about Simiao Powder/Pills published between January 1,2003 and June 30,2024 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.Descriptive statistics on publication time distribution and source journals were conducted.Visualization analysis on authors,institutions,and keywords was performed using VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.2.R4.Results A total of 1 561 publications were included,demonstrating an overall upward trend in publication volume.The top five source journals were Journal of Practical Traditional Chinese Medicine,Inner Mongolia Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine,and Henan Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The top five contributing authors were Yin Lian,Gao Bizhen,Xu Li,Zhang Lingyuan and Li Huiying.Leading institutions in publication output included the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keyword analysis revealed metabolic diseases as a major indication for this formula.Conclusion Current research hotspots in this field remain largely confined to clinical efficacy observations of Simiao Powder/Pills for metabolic and autoimmune diseases.The pharmacodynamics,pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Simiao Powder/Pills combined with TCM physiotherapy technology may be the development trend in the future.关键词
