农科高校青年教师"五导师团队"培养机制研究
摘要
Abstract
In response to the problems existing in the training of younger teachers in most universities,such as emphasizing recruitment over training,the disconnection between research and practice,and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration,this paper proposes an innovative"Five-Mentor Team"model based on the principle that"the best teacher is the one who is competent and versatile".This model integrates internal and external resources by establishing a"1+N+n"team hierarchy,a three-level carrier system of"base-project-course",and a four-behavioral collaboration mechanism of"personnel cooperation-project cooperation-result sharing-reward distribution",thereby comprehensively enhancing the research innovation and production practice capabilities of university teachers.Practical exploration shows that the Five-Mentor Team model can effectively promote the integration of theory and practice for young university teachers and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents needed for the construction of an agricultural power and new agricultural science.关键词
