"训研创推"四维联动:乡村振兴战略下高职院校涉农教育的模式重构与实践

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture-related higher vocational education faces the dual challenges of structural imbalance in talent supply and systemic defects in traditional models.Based on the theory of integration of industry and education and the triple helix innovation model,this research innovatively builds a four-dimensional linkage model of"training,research,innovation and promotion",reconstructs the agricultural education system through a collaborative mechanism of skills training,technology research and development,entrepreneurship incubation and achievement promotion,and proposes an implementation path for the four-dimensional linkage of"training,research,innovation and promotion"based on institutional innovation,platform empowerment,and evaluation reform.In the future,it is necessary to deepen the integration and dynamic adaptation mechanism of digital technology to provide sustainable support for agricultural talents in vocational colleges for the construction of a powerful agricultural country.关键词
