Research progress on primary Sjögren's syndrome combined with thyroid diseases
摘要
Abstract
Patients with primary primary Sjögren's syndrome often have multiple thyroid diseases and are frequently accompanied by positive thyroid-related antibodies.However,there are currently no recommendations regarding whether routine screening for thyroid-related diseases should be performed in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome.In recent years,a large number of studies have emerged on the comorbidity of primary Sjögren's syndrome,autoimmune thyroid diseases and thyroid tumors,mainly discussing incidence,pathogenesis,and prognosis.There are commonalities in the pathogenesis of primary Sjögren's syndrome and various thyroid diseases,with a higher comorbidity rate.This article will review the researches on primary Sjögren's syndrome complicated by thyroid diseases,aiming to provide a reference for the treatment and management of related patients in clinical practice.关键词
