新时代西藏阿里乡村治理现代化的成效、困境与路径选择
摘要
Abstract
The modernization of rural governance is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,and is related to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.Ali in Xizang is a strategic location for the construction of national security barriers.The modernization of rural governance is of great significance to maintaining social harmony and stability in border ethnic areas.At present,rural governance in Ali,Xizang has achieved certain results,but there is still a certain gap compared with the modernization requirements of rural governance in the new era and must be improved.This paper proposes optimization and improvement paths from strengthening Party building guidance,enhancing awareness of crisis,consolidating village-level organizations,strengthening digital and intelligence empowerment,and improving infrastructure.关键词
