Abstract
The NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is typically composed of the NLRP3 protein,the apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC),and caspase-1.The activation of this complex is closely related to the inflammatory processes in the digestive system.In digestive system diseases,abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome can lead to a range of detrimental effects.The author provides a comprehensive review of the activation process of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the pathogenesis of digestive system diseases,including both clinical and preclinical studies.This article discusses the regulatory mechanisms of NLRP3 inflammasome activation and its applications and relationships in digestive system diseases in recent years,aiming to offer new therapeutic insights and target directions for the treatment of clinical digestive system diseases.关键词
