Abstract
At the crucial stage of the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural primary-level cadres,as the core force in rural governance,their governance capabilities are directly related to the effectiveness of rural revitalization.Based on the role orientation and main dilemmas of the governance capabilities of current rural primary-level cadres in rural revitalization,this paper analyzes and then puts forward a series of countermeasure suggestions.By firmly grasping political theory learning to enhance rural primary-level cadres'cognitive ability of modern governance;practically implementing professional ability training to improve rural primary-level cadres'individual governance ability;strengthening the cultivation of innovative awareness to enhance rural primary-level cadres'proactive awareness of service;and doing a good job in the construction of rules and regulations to stimulate the internal motivation of rural primary-level cadres'governance,etc.These countermeasure and suggestions are used to further improve the governance capabilities of rural primary-level cadres,so as to provide favorable guarantees for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.关键词
