Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and difficult disease in the respiratory system,which has many causes and complex mechanisms,and has a lingering,recurrent and progressive course.These patients are often accompanied by sleep disorders,the article from the etiology and mechanism of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sleep disorders of the relationship between the two.Lung and kidney deficiencies are the root causes of COPD,and phlegm and stagnation are the key factors that make the disease recurring and difficult to be cured.In this paper,we discuss the pathogenesis of COPD combined with sleep disorders caused by phlegm and stasis,lung and kidney deficiency from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical thinking,and put forward the therapeutic ideas of tonifying the lungs and kidneys,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,with a view to improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in patients with COPD.关键词
