基于问卷调查的精浆超敏反应患者的临床特征分析
Clinical characteristics analysis of seminal plasma hypersensitivity based on questionnaire survey

Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of seminal plasma hypersensitiv-ity(SPH)in Chinese women and summarize the clinical characteristics of SPH,thus providing data support for future health education,as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted using an anonymous electronic questionnaire published on the Wenjuanxing platform to collect data from December 2020 to August 2021.The questionnaire included demographic information,allergic disease his-tory and clinical manifestations.Results A total of 178 self-reported SPH respondents were included in the study,all of whom had complete resolution of symptoms with condom use.The 1003 participants without SPH symptoms were classified as the healthy control group.The prevalence of allergic diseases in the self-reported SPH group was significantly higher than that in the the healthy control group(77.5％vs.65.4％,P=0.001).Regarding SPH clinical manifestations,164 cases(92.1％)reported local allergic reactions,and 40 cases(22.4％)reported systemic allergic reactions.A total of 85 cases(47.8％)experienced allergic reactions during the first unprotected sexual intercourse.118 cases(66.3％)developed allergic reactions within 30 mi-nutes of seminal plasma exposure,with a median onset time of 10(2,120)minutes.In 160 cases(90.0％),symptoms were relieved spontaneously or after washing,with a median duration of 3(0.5,24)hours.Conclusion Women with a history of allergic diseases are more likely to experience seminal plasma hy-persensitivity.Clinicians should increase awareness of SPH,make appropriate diagnoses for both local and sys-temic SPH,and select appropriate treatment according to patients' conditions.关键词
