老年中重度特应性皮炎患者知信行现状及影响因素分析
Analysis on the current status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and prac-tice of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in the elderly

Abstract
Objective To investigate current status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practices of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in the elderly,and provide reference for medical staff to estab-lish intervention strategies.Method A self-designed questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practices of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in the elderly was used to investigate 163 hospitalized patients in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing.Results The score of knowledge dimension in the questionnaire was(4.90±3.24)points,and the qualification rate was 23.31％;The score of attitude dimension was(16.48±3.73)points,and the qualification rate was 34.36％;The score of practice dimension was(17.37±3.52)points,and the qualification rate was 47.24％.Results of multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that the age and educa-tion were the influencing factors of knowledge level of atopic dermatitis in the elderly(P＜0.05),the gender,age(≥80 years old),monthly income of household(≥5 000 yuan),occupation(enterprise and government-sponsored institution,party and government organs)and medical payment methods were the influencing factors of attitude level of atopic dermatitis in the elderly(P＜0.05),the gender,disease duration and monthly income of household were the influencing factors of practice level of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in the elderly(P＜0.05).Conclusions The overall level of knowledge,attitude and practice of moderate to severe atopic derma-titis in the elderly was relatively low.Medical staff should focus on strengthening health education for elderly pa-tients and establish targeted health management measures based on their actual situation to enhance their level of knowledge,attitude and practice and improve the effectiveness of disease prevention and treatment.关键词
