摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics spring pollen in of Linfen City and to clarify the influence of meteorological factors on pollen concentration.Methods Gravitational sedimentation method was used to monitor the air transfer pollen of Linfen city from March 1 to June 30,2024.Concurrent meteorological data(average atmospheric pressure,temperature,humidity,wind speed,sunshine duration,rainfall,PM10 and PM2.5)were obtained from the local meteorological station.Results A total of 16 200 pol-len grains were collected and classified into 18 genera.The most predominant pollens were Platanus(3,552 grains/1,000 mm2,21.93%),Pinus tabuliformis(3,154 grains/1,000 mm2,19.47%),and Moraceae(2,936 grains/1,000 mm2,18.12%).A significant positive correlation was found between average atmos-pheric pressure and pollen concentration(correlation coefficient:0.5243,P<0.01).In contrast,sunshine duration,precipitation,wind speed,PM10,and PM2.5 were negatively correlated with pollen concentration,al-though these correlations were not statistically significant.Conclusion The peak pollen season in Linfen city occurs from late March to mid-April.In meteorological factors,atmospheric pressure has a key influence on the pollen concentration.Understanding the pollen distribution characteristics and their correlation with meteorology may help pollnosis patients avoid exposure during high-risk periods and provide a scientific basis for the formu-lation of regional pollinosis prevention and control strategies.
