变态反应专业研究生专业选择的原因及影响因素分析
Analysis of reasons and influencing factors for choosing allergy as a postgraduate special-ty

Abstract
Objective To analyze the reasons and influencing factors for postgraduate students choosing to specialize in allergy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among postgraduate students in the Al-lergy Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Retrospective analysis was performed on students'gender,age,reasons for choosing allergy,influencing factors,and difficulties encountered during specialty selection.Results A total of 22 postgraduate students in allergy department completed valid question-naires.The average age was(27.8±3.2)years,including 3 males(13.6％),8 master's students(36.4％),and 14 doctoral students(63.6％).The primary reason for choosing allergy was personal interest(10,45.5％),followed by the appeal of mentors/academic resources(5,22.7％)and university/specialty ranking(4,18.2％).The most significant difficulty in specialty selection was insufficient information(11,50％).The most important factor in selecting a mentor was the mentor's academic standing in the field and the research group's academic atmosphere.Conclusion Personal interest is the most influential factor for med-ical students choosing allergy,while the greatest challenge in specialty selection is insufficient informa-tion.Cultivating professional interest and enhancing publicity for allergy can help attract more outstanding students and train more cialized professionals.关键词
