Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation of Lingbao Huxin Pills

Abstract
Objective The comprehensive evaluation of Lingbao Huxin Pills was carried out in order to provide reference for the clinical rational application of this patent Chinese medicine.Methods The safety,effectiveness,economy,inheritance and innovation,suitability and accessibility of Lingbao Huxin Pills were comprehensively evaluated by collecting and combining related literature,materials and information provided by drug manufacturers.Results Lingbao Huxin Dan has definite clinical efficacy and is often used to treat sick sinoatrial node syndrome,angina pectoris,arrhythmia,etc.Clinical studies show that its adverse reactions are mild,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and its safety is relatively high.The drug has now been included in the national medical insurance directory.The daily cost and course cost are lower than those of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning Capsules but higher than those of other drugs.Lingbao Huxin Dan not only traces the origin of classic prescriptions from the Song Dynasty but also draws on and integrates modern effective clinical prescriptions.Its formula composition and preparation process have been granted two patents,providing a good inheritance and interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine theories.The medicine adopts the micro-pill technique,with a small dosage,less irritation to the gastrointestinal tract,and better patient compliance.The instructions for use,labels,packaging,etc.of the medicine all comply with the current regulations.The daily treatment cost of Lingbao Huxin Pills is 13.29 to 17.61 yuan.During the usage process,it will not increase any related expenses and will not increase the burden of medication for patients.However,its current market share is relatively low and the availability of the drug needs to be improved.Conclusion Lingbao Huxin Pills are clinically safe and effective.The quality is up to standard and controllable.It is easy to use and has good patient compliance and drug applicability.关键词
