芪黄通秘软胶囊治疗功能性便秘的临床综合评价
Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation of Qihuang Tongmi Soft Capsuless in Treatment of Functional Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods Evidence-based medicine,pharmacoeconomics,health technology evaluation and other qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods were used to carry out clinical comprehensive evaluation from the"7+1"dimensions of safety,effectiveness,economy,innovation,suitability,accessibility,drug quality assurance and TCM characteristics.Results 1)Safety:After the launch of Qihuang Tongmi Soft Capsules,the crude incidence rate of adverse drug reactions(ADR)from December 2014 to February 2023 was 3.55 per 100 000 people per year.No ADR/adverse drug event(ADE)has been found in the current literature research after taking Qihuang Tongmi Soft Capsules.2)Effectiveness:Qihuang Tongmi Soft Capsules are recommended for use in the"Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Export Obstructive Constipation(2022 Edition)"and"Practical Anorectal Surgery".The results of the meta-analysis show that compared with the control group,Qihuang Tongmi Soft Capsules can improve the total effective rate and the cure rate of functional constipation in the evaluation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.3)Economy:Pharmacoeconomic research showed that compared with Maren soft capsules,ncremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)of total effective rate of Western medicine efficacy evaluation,more visible rate of Western medicine efficacy evaluation,total effective rate of Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation and more visible rate of Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation were 20.01,16.39,23.48 and 18.15 respectively.Accounting for 0.05%,0.04%,0.06%and 0.05%of the national per capita disposable income(36 883 yuan)respectively in 2022,Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is economical.4)Innovation:Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is a national traditional Chinese medicine new drug independently developed with core intellectual property rights,and has advanced technology.5)Suitability:The dosage form of Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is suitable,and the questionnaire survey results show that the suitability of drug use is generally good.6)Accessibility:The price level of Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is high(1.57＞1),but the intra-course cost of each drug is calculated according to the treatment plan,and the intra-course cost of Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is low;Affordability(1.63%)is good.7)Drug quality assurance:The Chinese medicinal materials of Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules have the basic source and local nature,identification,storage and use meet the requirements of national standards and pharmacopoeia,and there are no qualified cases in the past three years.8)TCM characteristics:Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules is derived from Professor Hou Zhenmin's classic prescription,which has TCM theoretical characteristics and clinical application experience.Conclusion Qihuang Tongmi soft capsules has good clinical value in the treatment of functional constipation,and can provide evidence-based reference for rational drug use and scientific decision-making.关键词
