肺结核患者APTT、CRP、IL-6表达水平与其病情严重程度的关系
Relationship between Expression Levels of APTT,CRP,IL-6 and Disease Severity in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)with disease severity in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 177 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were retrospectively selected from September 2024 to April 2025.According to disease severity,patients were divided into mild group(107 cases)and severe group(70 cases).Levels of APTT,CRP,and IL-6 along with other clinical data were compared between groups.Multivariate Logistic regression analyzed influencing factors for severe pulmonary tuberculosis,while ROC curves evaluated the diagnostic value of APTT,CRP,and IL-6 for severe pulmonary tuberculosis.Results White blood cell count,platelet distribution width,thrombin time,and prothrombin time were higher in the severe group,while the absolute value of lymphocyte and platelet hematocrit were significantly lower than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Levels of APTT,CRP,and IL-6 were significantly higher in the severe group than in the mild group(P<0.05).APTT,CRP,and IL-6 were identified as influencing factors for disease severity(OR=2.337,95%CI:1.175-4.650,P=0.016;OR=2.489,95%CI:1.283-4.828,P=0.007;OR=2.630,95%CI:1.332-5.192,P=0.006).The AUC for combined detection APTT,CRP,and IL-6 in diagnosing severe pulmonary tuberculosis was 0.911,significantly higher than individual detection(0.727,0.823,0.838).Differences were statistically significant(Z=4.217,P<0.001;Z=2.815,P=0.005;Z=2.326,P=0.020).Conclusion APTT,CRP,and IL-6 are associated with disease severity in pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Combined detection of these markers improves the diagnostic efficacy for severe pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
