摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Leuprorelin Acetate in the treatment of central precocious puberty(CPP)in girls and its influence on the six sex hormones and bone age of the children.Methods A total of 80 girls with CPP admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leuprorelin Acetate,while the observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pills in combination on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,six sex hormone indicators[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P)]and changes in bone age index(BAI)of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,E2,T,PRL and P in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the BAI level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Zhibai Dihuang pills and Leuprorelin Acetate in girls with CPP can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and enhance the six sex hormone and BAI of the children.关键词
