摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of compound Chenxiangwei tablets combined with aluminum magnesium plus suspension and folic acid tablets on chronic atrophic gastritis associated with intestinal metaplasia.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis accompanied by intestinal metaplasia admitted to the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aluminum-magnesium suspension and folic acid tablets,while the observation group was treated with compound Chenxiang Stomach Tablets in combination on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the histopathological score of gastric mucosa,OLGA stage,levels of interleukin-23(IL-23),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 79.17%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the histopathological scores of various gastric mucosa tissues in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the OLGA stages of both groups improved compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-23 and PGⅡ in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of PGⅠ was higher than that before treatment.Moreover,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%in the control group and 10.42%in the observation group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Chenxiang Stomach Tablets combined with aluminum-magnesium suspension and folic acid tablets have a remarkable therapeutic effect on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.They can effectively control the condition,relieve symptoms,and have good safety.关键词
