Overview of nasal epithelial barrier dysfunction in allergic rhinitis
摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis affects over 20％people in the world.Although there are many treatments to control the symptoms,it's difficult to address problem like clinical recurrence,and the pathogenesis still need further research.Nasal epithelial barrier is the first line of defense of respiratory tract,and its function plays an important role in nasal inflammation.This article summarizes the role of nasal epithelial barrier function in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.关键词
