Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of estradiol(E2)and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)on the therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 127 patients with early threatened abortion treated with dydrogesterone in the 302 Hospital of General Group from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects to observe the therapeutic effect of the drug,and the patients were divided into the good group and the poor group.The clinical data of patients in the good group and the poor group were compared,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone in patients with early threatened abortion.Results After evaluation,a total of 21 patients had poor treatment outcomes and were included in the poor group(16.54%).A total of 106 cases had a good therapeutic effect and were included in the good group(83.46%).There were no statistically significant differences in body mass index(BMI),gestational weeks,age of menarche,menstrual period,menstrual cycle,whether combined with diabetes,whether having vaginitis,place of residence,monthly family income,family history of miscarriage and educational level between the two groups(P>0.05).The age and the number of miscarriages in the poor therapeutic effect group were higher than those in the good group(P<0.05),while the levels of E2 and β-HCG were lower than those in the good group(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age and the number of abortions were risk factors affecting the poor therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone in patients with early threatened abortion,while E2 and β-HCG levels were both protective factors affecting the poor therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone in patients with early threatened abortion.Conclusion Patient age,number of abortions,E2,and β-HCG levels can all affect the effectiveness of treatment with progesterone in patients with early threatened miscarriage.It is recommended that clinical medical staff pay more attention to these indicators and develop corresponding plans to maximize the effectiveness of drug treatment.关键词
