Antigen presentation by fibroblasts and their immunological implication
摘要
Abstract
Fibroblasts are the primary cell type in connective tissue and play a crucial role in tissue re-pair,inflammation,and fibrosis.More studies have demonstrated that fibroblasts also play a significant role in regulating immune response via antigen presentation.This paper primarily reviews the antigen-presenting capaci-ty of fibroblasts and their role as non-professional antigen-presenting cells in the immune response.Investigating the antigen presentation function and regulating mechanisms of fibroblasts can help to expand our understanding of the physiological functions of fibroblasts and explore their potential applications in the pathogenesis and treat-ment of diseases.关键词
