Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ranitidine for injection combined with Biling Gaitong Granules in the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU)and its influence on the healing level of ulcers.Methods A total of 80 patients with PU admitted to Sinopharm Northern Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ranitidine for injection,while the experimental group was treated with ranitidine for injection combined with Biling Gaitong Granules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)was used to evaluate the changes in symptoms before and after treatment.The levels of mucosal barrier function related indicators and ulcer healing related serum markers[basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]before and after treatment were compared,and the ulcer healing level under endoscopy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs.75.00%,P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of acid reflux,anorexia,abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of endotoxin(BT),diamine oxidase(DAO),amylase(AMS),and D-lactic acid(D-LA)in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the proportion of patients in the R0 stage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while the proportions of patients in the Sb and Sc stages were both higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of bFGF and VEGF in the experimental group after treatment were both higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ranitidine for injection combined with Biling Gaitong Granules has a significant therapeutic effect on PU.It can improve gastrointestinal symptoms in patients,enhance mucosal barrier function,promote ulcer healing,and simultaneously improve the levels of serum markers related to ulcer healing.关键词
