医学院校大学生院前急救知识培训现状调查与对策研究
Investigation and countermeasure research on pre-hospital first-aid knowledge training of medical college students

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation and countermeasures of pre-hospital first-aid knowledge training for medical college students.Methods A total of 100 clinical students enrolled in the School of Medicine at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from January to December 2023 were selected to investigate the pre-hospital first-aid ability of students,and to analyze the pre-hospital first-aid ability and knowledge of medical college students.Forty college students were randomly selected from the college students whose answer accuracy rate of pre-hospital first-aid knowledge was less than 30%(who did not know pre-hospital first-aid knowledge)to conduct pre-hospital first-aid knowledge training.After the students received 32 class hours of training,the scores of pre-hospital first-aid knowledge of college students before and after the training were compared.Results The survey results of pre-hospital first-aid ability showed that the medical college students showed poor first-aid ability before discharge and lack of knowledge of pre-hospital first-aid.The scores of common critical illness,accident,trauma,poisoning,airway foreign body removal and pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge after receiving training were higher than those before training,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion At present,the pre-hospital first-aid knowledge training of medical college students is relatively poor,lacking the training and education combining theory and skills.College students'pre-hospital first-aid ability is poor,and they do not know enough about pre-hospital first-aid knowledge.Medical colleges need to pay more attention to this aspect,provide scientific,standardized and systematic training to college students,and pay attention to the synchronous education between theory and practice.Improve the relevant skills of college students effectively.关键词
