"两阶段两融合"教学模式对医学生临床基本技能的影响分析
Impact of the"Two-Stage,Two-Integration"teaching model on medical students'clinical basic skills
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore an effective theoretical teaching model for improving medical students'clinical basic skills and promoting the formation of entrustable professional activities(EPAs).Methods Using clinical medicine as a pilot,a cluster sampling method was employed to select 2019 undergraduate students from a medical school as the study subjects, who were exposed to the"Two-Stage,Two-Integration"theoretical teaching model. The 2018 undergraduate students from the same medical school, who received traditional theoretical teaching, served as the control group. The clinical basic skills examination scores from the Clinical Medicine Professional Proficiency Test were compared between the two cohorts. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the average scores between the 2018 and 2019 cohorts at the first station(P>0.05).The 2018 cohort scored slightly higher in the second station(P<0.05).The 2019 cohort outperformed the 2018 cohort in the third and fourth stations(P<0.05).Although the 2019 cohort scored 1.48 points lower in the fifth station, the difference was not statistically significant. In the sixth station, the 2019 cohort improved by 8.79 points(P<0.05).The overall average score of the 2019 cohort was significantly higher than that of the 2018 cohort(P<0.001).Conclusion The"Two-Stage,Two-Integration"theoretical teaching model enhances medical students'clinical basic skills and professional competency, promotes the formation of EPAs,and contributes to ensuring medical safety. This model is worthy of reference for peers in medical education.关键词
