2020-2022年某院住院药房口服抗凝血药应用分析
Analysis of the application of oral anticoagulants in the inpatient pharmacy of a hospital from 2020 to 2022
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of oral anticoagulants in the inpatient pharmacy of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)(our hospital)from 2020 to 2022 and the trend of change,to provide a basis for promoting the rational use of drugs in the hospital.Methods The information on the use of oral anticoagulants in the hospital from 2020 to 2022 was exported through the hospital information management system(HIS),and the sales amount,defined drug daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC)and ranking ratio(B/A)of oral anticoagulants were statistically analyzed to examine the rationality of oral anticoagulant use.Results From 2020 to 2022,the annual sales amount of oral anticoagulants in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital were the highest in 2021 and declined in 2022,and the new oral anticoagulants had the highest percentage of sales,among which the sales amount of rivaroxaban ranked 1st for three consecutive years,the DDDs ranking of rivaroxaban ranked 1st for three consecutive years,followed by warfarin and sulodexide,and the DDDs ranking of sulodexide rose to the 2nd place in 2022 position,the DDCs of rivaroxaban and apixaban decreased significantly after the addition of pooled varieties.Conclusion In the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2020 to 2022,new-type oral anticoagulants have been predominantly used,with rivaroxaban having the highest frequency of use.The clinical application of oral anticoagulants is basically reasonable and in line with the guidelines.关键词
