Research on the construction of pharmaceutical care evaluation index system for perioperative pain management in orthopedics department

Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation index system of pharmaceutical care for perioperative pain management in orthopedics,and to provide a reference for accurately evaluating and improving the quality of pharmaceutical care for perioperative pain management.Methods A literature review method was used to develop an evaluation index system,and the Delphi method was used to conduct questionnaire consultations with 20 experts.The weights of each index were determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Results The recovery rates of the questionnaires in the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.838 and 0.855,respectively;the Kendall's coefficient of concordance of the expert consultation was 0.336 and 0.475,respectively,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).An evaluation index system of pharmaceutical care for perioperative pain management in orthopedics department was established,which included 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 20 third-level indicators,and the weights of each index were determined.Conclusion The evaluation index system of pharmaceutical care for perioperative pain management in orthopedics department constructed by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is highly authoritative and scientific,providing a practical entry point and evaluation standard for clinical pharmacists to carry out their work,but empirical studies are needed to validate and optimize each index.关键词
