基于边疆发展需求的新农科多元化人才培养模式改革研究
摘要
Abstract
China's border areas have broad development space and face the contradiction between talent demand and insufficient supply.At the same time,the training model of border agricultural universities is out of touch with regional needs,and cannot meet the needs of high-quality professional talents and industrial upgrading in the border agriculture and animal husbandry fields demand.This paper,based on the current situation of talent cultivation in agricultural-related majors of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,the demands of agricultural and pastoral areas,and the gap between university training and local demands,discusses and explores the cultivation of innovative,compound,and applied agricultural and pastoral talents that are compatible with the demands of the region,with employment as the orientation and strengthening ideological and political education with feelings about rural areas.关键词
