我国医务人员人血白蛋白临床应用管理认知现状横断面调查
A National Cross-Sectional Survey on Knowledge of Medical Staff on the Clinical Application and Management of Human Albumin in China

Abstract
Objective To investigate the knowledge status of medical staff on the clinical application and rational drug use management of human albumin(HA)in China.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff in China distributed by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee in the form of WeChat mini-program ″ Questionnaire Star″ by convenience sampling method.An anonymous questionnaire was designed independently,including HA supply management,clinical application status,rational drug use management.The Likert 5-level scoring method was used to evaluate the knowledge status.Results A total of 1 664 medical staff from 32 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region participated in the survey.88.40%of the medical staff agreed that the indications of HA drug instructions should be strictly followed.7.33%-25.18%of the medical staff held misconceptions about the clinical application of HA.The main factors associated with differences in knowledge were the job category and professional title of the medical staff,and the medical insurance administrators and medical staff with junior professional title were more likely to hold knowledge misunderstandings.Among the multiple rational drug use management measures in the HA prescription process,61.12%of the medical staff agreed that HA prescription rights should be granted through training and assessment;31.67%of the medical staff agreed that the use of HA should be restricted to specific departments;76.03%and 77.01%of the medical staff agreed that prescription review and prescription evaluation were helpful for the rational drug use management of HA.Conclusion Some medical staff in China have an insufficient understanding of the misunderstanding of HA clinical application,and there are significant differences in the recognition of various rational drug use management measures for HA among different medical staff.Medical institutions should take appropriate measures to strengthen the training and management of HA rational drug use according to their actual situation.关键词
