Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of information management of anesthetic drugs and first class psychotropic drugs(referred to as ″anesthetic and psychotropic drugs″)in hospital inpatient pharmacy based on hospital information system(HIS).Methods Combined with medical management,nursing and information departments,a closed-loop information management mode of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs with traceable whole process was constructed by optimizing HIS function.The differences in the execution time in key medication workflow stages such as physicians prescribing,pharmacists dispensing,nurses execution and recording,pharmacists checking and recording before information management(from April to June 2023)and after management(from January to March 2024)were compared,and the incidence of related adverse events such as unreasonable prescriptions,prescriptions drug's batch number and its valid time)registration errors were counted.Results After the implementation of information management,the time of physicians prescribing decreased from(7.36±0.78)min to(2.08±0.50)min,the time of pharmacists dispensing decreased from(4.77±0.58)min to(2.77±0.42)min,the time of nurses execution and recording decreased from(6.11±0.49)min to(2.04±0.37)min,the time of pharmacists checking and recording decreased from(4.51±0.68)min to(1.71±0.40)min,and the overall time decreased from(22.75±1.31)min to(8.59±0.70)min,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction decreased from 3.22%to 0.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The information management of anesthetics and psychotropic drugs based on HIS can significantly shorten the operation time of each stage,reduce the incidence of related adverse reactions,greatly improve the management efficiency,and ensure the medication safety of inpatients.关键词
