人工智能背景下高校辅导员工作的机遇、挑战与对策
Opportunities,challenges,and countermeasures of university counselors'work under the background of artificial intelligence
摘要
Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence has promoted innovation in the field of education,providing university counselors with many"smart assistants"that play an important role in improving work efficiency and enriching the work field,thereby bringing opportunities to the develop-ment of their work.At the same time,it also faces risks and problems such as ethical fairness and pri-vacy infringement,as well as blurred boundaries between the subject and object of ideological and po-litical education for university students.University counselors need to embrace the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence from the aspects of making good use of technological inno-vation work modes and methods,adhering to the bottom line to construct an ethical framework for ar-tificial intelligence,strengthening their subject to enhance the discourse power of ideological and politi-cal education,and boosting the effectiveness of their work.关键词
