Research on DeepSeek-like generative artificial intelligence in promoting the construction of a doctor-patient community with a shared future
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)in China,con-versational GAI models like DeepSeek(represented by ChatGPT)have demonstrated significant po-tential in the medical field,accelerating the formation of a new"doctor-AI-patient"relationship,and bringing both new opportunities and challenges for building a community of shared future for doctors and patients.The application of DeepSeek-like GAI in medical diagnosis offers advantages such as as-sisting doctors in rapidly processing data and images,optimizing the allocation of medical resources,and bridging information asymmetry between doctors and patients.However,it also raises concerns in-cluding a potential crisis of trust in doctor-patient relationships due to over-reliance on technology,ambiguity in accountability arising from diagnostic errors,and erosion of doctor-patient relationships caused by privacy breaches.The doctor-patient community with a shared future empowered by DeepSeek-like GAI can promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship through prac-tical pathways including constructing"doctor-AI-patient"shared decision-making mode in diagnosis and treatment,reasonably defining human-AI boundaries,and improving the ethical governance framework of technology.关键词
