大语言模型在护理教育领域应用的范围综述
A scope review of the application of large language models in nursing education
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of the application of large language models in nursing education and provide a reference for relevant research.Methods Following the scoping re-view methodology,Chinese and English databases,including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,and Scopus,were systematically searched for studies on the application of large language models in nursing education.The search spanned from database inception to March 2025.Two researchers independently screened and ex-tracted data from the included studies,which were then summarized and analyzed.Results The 23 in-cluded studies show that research on large language models in nursing education mainly focuses on nursing practice and educational tool development,content generation and scenario design,and nurs-ing exams and assessments.They also demonstrate good effectiveness in writing guidance of basic nursing teaching and communication skills training.Although large language models have shown sig-nificant advantages in nursing education,they still have limitations in the precise application of clinical knowledge and the analysis and judgment of complex problems and cannot yet fully replace human teaching or guidance.Conclusion Research and application of large language models in nursing educa-tion are still in the early stages.In the future,the integration of large language models with cutting-edge technologies should be actively promoted to enhance the intelligence of nursing education.At the same time,the development of standardized usage norms and guidelines should be accelerated to en-sure the safety and effectiveness of their application,providing strong support for the innovation and development of nursing education.关键词
