数字教材在园艺产品贮藏加工学教学中的融合应用
摘要
Abstract
With the advancement of the construction of new agricultural sciences,traditional paper textbooks have become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of agricultural and forestry education in colleges and universities.As a new type of teaching resource,digital textbooks have the advantages of rich media,three-dimensional interaction,real-time update,and learning behavior tracking.By discussing the connotation and characteristics of digital textbooks and their application status and challenges in the teaching of Horticultural Products Storage and Processing,this paper proposes integrated application strategies such as enriching digital teaching resources,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the teaching of Horticultural Products Storage and Processing,and bring valuable reference and inspiration to relevant educational practice.关键词
