腹膜透析液配送信息化管理平台建设与实践
Construction and Practice of An Information Management Platform for Peritoneal Dialysis Solution Delivery

Abstract
Objective To construct a hospital information management platform for peritoneal dialysis solution delivery service(hereafter referred to as management platform)and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods The management platform was constructed relying on internet technology and integrating with the hospital information system.A total of 98 and 102 patients who received peritoneal dialysis treatment and opted for door-to-door delivery service were admitted to the hospital using convenience sampling from July 2023 to January 2024(before the implementation of management platform)and from March to September 2024(after the implementation of management platform),respectively,which were divided into the control group and the observation group.The effectiveness of the management platform implementation was evaluated through comparison of waiting time at the outpatient pharmacy window and satisfaction between the two groups.Results Peritoneal dialysis solution delivery orders were created by physicians through the management platform,which were reviewed and confirmed online by pharmacists,then orders were sent to pharmaceutical companies for picking,and the distribution company for door-to-door delivery with online signature receipt completed.The waiting time for the observation group was 14.00(10.00,17.00)s,which was significantly shorter than 185.50(159.75,234.00)s in the control group(Z=-12.22,P=0.000).The total satisfaction rate with door-to-door delivery service in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 83.67%in the control group(χ²=17.101,P=0.000).Conclusion After the implementation of the management platform,which can effectively standardize operation procedures,enhance the work efficiency and service quality of pharmacists,shorten the waiting time of patients,and improve patients'satisfaction.关键词
