Abstract
In order to standardize the clinical nursing practice of ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional treatment for structural heart disease(SHD),the Branch of Nursing Equipment and Materials of China Association of Medical Equipment combined with Nursing Special Committee of Expert Committee of the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases formulated an expert consensus(hereinafter referred to as the consensus)on nursing management for day surgery of ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional treatment for SHD in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine,which conducted comprehensive review of domestic and foreign literature on ultrasound-guided percutaneous intervention techniques,and literature review for relevant guidelines,consensus,original studies,etc..The consensus was established through two rounds of expert consultation,and the recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 100%,and the experts'authority coefficient was 0.86,and the Kendall's W were 0.117 and 0.140.The final consensus included 3 items at level 1,10 items at level 2,and 32 items at level 3.The expert consensus on nursing management of ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional day surgery for SHD is scientific,rigorous and practical,and it can provide reference for clinical nursing practice of ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional treatment for SHD.关键词
