废旧隔膜衍生碳对回收石墨锂电性能的协同提升研究
Waste-Separator-Derived Carbon and Its Synergistic Enhancement of Recycled Graphite for Lithium-Ion Batteries

Abstract
This study proposed an efficient strategy for upgrading polyolefin separators obtained from the disassembly of scrap lithium-ion bat-teries into high-value carbon materials.The results indicated that the separator-derived carbon exhibits a layered structure with the coexis-tence of ordered and disordered regions.When used as an anode material,it achieved a specific capacity of 695 mAh/g at a current density of 100 mA/g,exceeding twice that of recycled graphite.Although the conversion efficiency and product yield of the carbonization process still need optimization,its exceptional electrochemical lithium storage performance significantly enhanced the capacity of recycled graphite even with a small amount of addition.The composite electrode based on recycled graphite and separator-derived carbon demonstrates superi-or lithium-ion diffusion characteristics and capacity stability:after 1 200 cycles at a 0.5 C rate,the composite material maintained a stable discharge capacity of 380 mAh/g,while the single recycled graphite only achieved 285 mAh/g.关键词
