煤矸石中锂-镓-稀土回收技术研究进展
Research progress of lithium-gallium-rare earth recovery technology in coal gangue
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the efficient development and utilization of strategic resources such as lithium,gallium and rare earth are providing a key raw material guarantee for energy transformation.Coal gangue,a bulk solid waste discharged during coal mining and processing,is rich in strategic metal elements and represents a highly valuable reserve resource.The occurrence characteristics and recovery technologies of lithium,gallium,and rare earth in coal gangue were reviewed.The results indicate that these elements are primarily tightly coupled with aluminosilicate minerals and organic matter,existing mainly in aluminosilicate-bound,organic-bound,and acid-soluble forms.Regarding recovery technologies,current research focuses on methods such as precipitation,solvent extraction,and adsorption,which have achieved efficient separation and recovery of lithium,gallium,and rare earth from coal gangue.However,challenges remain,including high organic solvent consumption,elevated energy demands,and poor selectivity.Moving forward,future research must prioritize the development of low-energy,high-selectivity,and environmentally friendly technologies to reduce reliance on traditional mineral resources,promote sustainable resource utilization,and support the realization of national"dual-carbon"strategic goals.关键词
