基于HPLC指纹图谱及多成分分析评价藿香正气口服液质量
Quality evaluation of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid based on HPLC fingerprint and multi-component analysis

Abstract
The aim of this study is to establish a fingerprint method for determination of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid.The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)and gradient elution was performed by HPLC technique combined with similarity analysis.The gradient detection wavelength was 283 nm and 340 nm,the column temperature was set as 30℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.The quality difference of main chemical components of 10 batches of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid was studied qualitatively.The results showed that a total of 10 common peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprint,their sources were confirmed,and the chemical composition of 7 peaks was determined.The similarity evaluation software analysis showed that the similarity among 10 batches of samples was more than 95%,indicating that the preparation process of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid was stable.In this study,a simple and fast fingerprint method of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid with good repeatability and strong applicability was established by HPLC.The chemical characteristics of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid were comprehensively analyzed,which could be used for process supervision and quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid.关键词
